Please note: Refunds require clear photo or video evidence of the product issue to qualify. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

📦 Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must request a return within 30 days after delivery

Return process:

  1. Contact our support team with photos of the unopened product
  2. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and the return address
  3. After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund of your order subtotal (excluding original shipping costs)

Important details:

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
